Half Term Activities
If you're looking for something fun to do during the half term break, there are plenty of activities available for you and your children across Greater Manchester.
Each half term, we will share information below from different providers. All providers will have different contact information and different ways you can sign up - please read the information carefully and, if you're unsure, please use the contact details provided on their flyer if you have any questions.
Children from 6-11yrs who get benefit-related free school meals can attend Inspire centre from 7th-10th April from 10.00-14.00 – lunch included. Ask at reception for more details and to register.
We are excited to announce the return of our Easter Sports Club this upcoming half-term! If you're looking for a fun and active way for your child to spend the break, our holiday sports camp is the perfect solution.
Dates: Tuesday 8th April - Friday 11th April 2025
Times: 9:30am - 3:00pm
Location: Gorton Primary School, Mount Road, M18 7GR
Ages: 5-16 years
At our Sports Club, children will have the chance to participate in a variety of exciting activities including football, basketball, tennis, gymnastics, archery, musical theatre workshops and much more! Our qualified, friendly coaches will ensure that all participants stay active, make new friends, and develop their skills in a safe, enjoyable environment.

We have free places available for children in receipt of benefits related to free school meals. If your child is eligible, please book a place as soon as possible. Children who are eligible for a funded place will also be provided a FREE packed lunch.
**Please note children are required to bring in a labelled drink bottle and a packed lunch as well as suitable clothing for indoor and outdoor activities.** All children will receive a certificate, as well as lots of other prizes!
